ADVICE
We pride ourselves on our commercial knowledge in the marketplace, with attention to detail in cost planning and budgeting. Over the years we have produced a high volume of tenders, and in doing so built an extensive cost modelling and pricing data library. This enables us to establish project values in the early stages of tendering and to interrogate tenders
This work is shared with the industry, informally providing feedback to our client teams in pre-construction or cost viability studies. Sharing this type of information enables our client stream to understand the variables that make up a tender, and to validate their own cost plans where necessary
The design facilities we provide are a solutions-based proposal, tailored to bespoke requirements or developed from a client's brief, including CAD drawings and development, 3D clash detection and/or 3D modelling. Where required, we can include the utilisation and integration of BIM technologies
Our knowledge and expertise of latest technologies, BREEAM requirements, legislation with energy/build costing advice, together with thermal modelling, will ensure our proposed solutions fit your requirements and budget

From conceptual designs, providing solutions to both pre-designed and design and build contracts, our mechanical, electrical and public health services team have an established reputation for quality service and delivery, with projects executed from £2k to £5million
We have established ourselves within the public and private sectors of the construction industry, working closely with end-users, main contractors, local authorities, and consultants
Our dynamic and innovative team readily adapt to change, whilst implementing best industry practices. They will collaborate with our client chain and supply chain partners to ensure our installations take into full consideration the building fabric, and the co-ordination of the MEP building services
Whilst we appreciate most of what we do is invisible to people, the services being installed must always provide the correct conditions, in a safe environment and indeed, maintainable for all occupants/building users for many years to come
Either division can stand alone and work in collaboration with a joint venture services partner, alternatively work alongside each other, providing turnkey solutions in one complete mechanical and electrical services package

We specialise in mechanical, electrical and public health services, planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, and offer a 24-hour emergency call-out service and helpdesk facility from our office, and can provide a permanent on-site presence if required
